Quotation Maker

Terms of Use

Last updated 2026-11-05

These terms apply to your use of Quotation Maker App Offline ("the app"), provided by Astra Edtech Pvt Ltd. By using the app, you agree to them. Contact us through astraedtech.com.np.

Using the app

You may use the app to create quotations for your personal or business use. Do not use it for anything unlawful, including creating fraudulent or misleading documents.

Your content and responsibility

You own what you enter. You are responsible for checking that every quotation is correct, including prices, tax, currency, totals, validity dates and legal or tax wording. The app is a tool for making documents. It does not give legal, tax or accounting advice, and a quotation made with it may need to meet the rules that apply to your business.

Your data

Your data is stored on your phone, and we cannot recover it for you. Lost, reset or replaced phones and uninstalling the app can erase it, so keep your own backups. Restoring a backup replaces the company details and quotations on that phone.

Ads and rewards

The app is free and shows ads when you are online. If you watch an optional rewarded video, full-screen video ads stop for one month on that phone. Banner ads may still appear. This offer depends on ads being available, and it may change in later versions.

Availability

We may update or stop offering the app. We provide it "as is", without promises that it will always work without errors or suit a particular purpose.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost data, lost business, or indirect or consequential loss from using the app. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited.

Open source

The app uses open source software, including the Inter and Instrument Serif fonts, which are licensed under the SIL Open Font License.

Changes

We may update these terms by changing this page. Continuing to use the app means you accept the updated terms.
